Kira delivers recipes and techniques, but more importantly she imparts her personal guidance, love and inspiration to every individual and in every class. Kira’s perspective comes from a lifetime of seeking resolution to her own health challenges.
Kira’s work with indigenous healers and nutritionists, together with the practices of yoga and meditation, created a meaningful path of healing in her own life that she now shares with her clients.
